STRIX is our thing — not a Kick product, not a Twitch product, not Easygo, not Amazon. When we say Kick or Twitch on the site, we mean “works with those platforms,” not “they built this” or “they approve this.”

What STRIX is for

Same line as the footer: educational / research tooling. Use it only where you’re authorized — your channel, your lab, your test setup, or anything you’ve got clear permission to run on. Public page demos (Launch STRIX, chat toys, fleet dial) are simulations. Nothing real goes out until you’re in the panel with a real account.

Your call, your risk

Platform rules (Kick, Twitch, etc.) are between you and them. We don’t grant you a free pass to break those rules. If a platform bans a channel, nukes accounts, or changes how things work — that’s on the platform side, not a STRIX warranty.

No magic guarantees

Site + service ship “as is” / “as available.” We don’t promise uptime forever, perfect demos, or that every Kick/Twitch quirk stays the same tomorrow. Marketing copy is vibe, not a service-level contract.

Liability

To the max the law allows, STRIX and its operators aren’t on the hook for bans, suspensions, lost revenue, lost data, or other fallout from how you use the tool. You run STRIX at your own risk.

This is the house rulebook for STRIX. Using the site, free test, or panel means you agree to this plus the Terms.

Cool

• Run STRIX on channels / accounts you own, or where you’ve got clear authorization.
• Use it for education, research, testing, and ops inside your plan limits.
• Click around the public demos — they’re fake and meant for that.
• Add teammates only through seats / roles in the panel.

Not cool

• Pointing STRIX at someone else’s stream without permission.
• Harassment, scams, fraud, doxxing, threats — obvious no.
• Breaking the law (unauthorized access, IP theft, the usual trash).
• Trying to melt Kick, Twitch, STRIX, or other users’ setups.
• Reselling or leasing access outside your plan / seats without our written OK.
• Dodging billing, rate limits, approvals, or kill switches.
• Dumping malware, mass-scraping private junk, or spam campaigns.
• Pretending STRIX is an official Kick or Twitch product.

Platform rules still exist

Kick and Twitch have their own terms. We don’t rewrite them. Bans and enforcement over there are between you and them — see the Disclaimer.

If you break this

We can warn you, pause or kill the account, skip free tests, or refuse refunds when abuse is obvious. If the law says we have to report something serious, we will.

This covers the public site, free test form, auth, and the STRIX panel. Short version: we take what we need to run the product, we don’t sell your personal data.

1. What we collect

You hand us: username, password (hashed), Discord / contact if you drop it, free-test stuff (Kick channel, timing notes), payment IDs via Stripe (or whoever we use for checkout), and support messages.

Request IP (ephemeral): when you hit sensitive endpoints (login, register, free test, checkout, chat ingest), we read your IP only to enforce short rate limits in memory. We do not write IPs to our database, account records, or long-term files. Those counters expire automatically when the rate-limit window ends and are wiped on process restart — we don’t keep an IP history.

Other request basics: browser/device headers and timestamps needed to serve the page and keep abuse out. Same idea: ops, not a permanent IP dossier.

Panel config: targets, proxies you upload, chat rules, fleet / instance status. Don’t paste secrets you don’t need in there.

2. Why we use it

• Accounts, approvals, login, plan limits.
• Actually running the panel (deploys, chat tools, status, billing).
• Free-test review and support.
• Security, fraud, and abuse control.
• Legal / tax stuff when we have to.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK when that applies)

Contract (giving you the service), legitimate interests (security, keeping the product from falling over, stopping abuse), consent when we ask, and legal duty when the law says so.

4. Who else sees it

We don’t sell personal info. We may share with:

• Payment providers (e.g. Stripe) for checkout and subscriptions.
• Hosts / infra that run the servers under contract.
• Authorities when the law requires it or safety’s on the line.
• A buyer if the business ever changes hands (with notice when required).

5. Cookies

Essential cookies / session storage for login and basic site stuff. Light analytics maybe — block non-essentials in the browser if you want.

6. How long

Account + billing while you’re active and as long as tax / disputes need. Rate-limit IP counters live only in memory for a short window (minutes), then drop automatically — not archived. Other security noise is kept briefly for ops, then deleted or anonymized when we can.

7. Security

Hashed passwords, access control, HTTPS — normal adult setup. Nothing online is 100% unbreakable.

8. Age

18+ only. We don’t knowingly collect kids’ data.

9. Your rights

Depending where you live: access, fix, delete, export, or object to some processing. Ping support from the account you registered. You can also talk to a local data-protection authority.

10. Updates

We may tweak this. The date up top moves when we do.

These Terms cover the site, free test, and panel. Create an account or use STRIX → you agree to these, plus Acceptable use, Privacy, and the Disclaimer.

1. The product

STRIX is educational / research tooling with a live panel: fleet, chat tools, routing, status — whatever your plan unlocks. Features move as we ship. Public “Launch STRIX” / chat / fleet toys are demos only unless you’re logged into a real session.

2. Accounts

• 18+, real registration details.
• Admin approval may be required before login — that’s normal here.
• Guard your password. You’re responsible for your account and seats.
• We can pause or close accounts for AUP breaks, unpaid bills, or security risk.

3. Plans & money

Paid plans go through our payment provider. Limits and prices live on Pricing. Promo codes only count if checkout accepts them. Taxes may apply. Unless the plan page or invoice says otherwise, fees aren’t refundable after a billing period starts — except where the law forces a refund.

4. Free test

Short Kick batch, limited, we review it. Spam, fake channels, or abuse = no more free tests. Details on Free test.

5. How you’re supposed to use it

Authorized channels only — same spirit as the footer. You’re responsible for Kick / Twitch / other platform rules on anything you touch. STRIX doesn’t hand you their rights or a blessing from them.

6. IP

STRIX name, UI, and code stay ours (or our licensors’). You get a limited license to use the service while the account’s clean. Your uploads stay yours; we only process them to run the panel.

7. Third parties

Stripe (or similar), hosting, Kick, Twitch — their outages and rule changes aren’t fully in our hands. See the Disclaimer.

8. “As is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Liability cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIX AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PLATFORM BANS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You cover STRIX if your misuse, your content, or your break of these Terms / AUP / platform rules lands us in a claim.

11. Changes

We can update these Terms. Keep using STRIX after an update = you accept the new ones. Big changes may show on the site or in a notice when we can.
